Your initial visit will include an 90 minute medical consultation with Dr. Samara. Nutritional therapy/Lifestyle Coaching, and diagnostic testing may also be a part of your treatment plan. Diagnostic test results are used to design your personal wellness program and uncover the root causes of your symptoms.

Medical records can only be released with your authorization. A medical records release form can be found in your patient portal that you may fill out. We will then fax the release to your physician or health care provider. If you have signed a release form with your physician's office they may fax them to

Due to the significant time reserved for patient consultations, there is a 72 hour cancellation policy. A partial payment of the new patient consultation will be collected upon scheduling your first appointment. A full refund will be provided for appointment cancellations received at least 72 hours prior to the appointment, unless you choose to reschedule. No refund will be provided for cancellations less than 72 hours.If calling after hours, please leave a message.

NewLife Medicine is a private-pay clinic. This means we do not contract with any insurance companies and therefore do not bill insurance directly for your visits and consultations but rather accept direct pay from our patients. You may elect to seek reimbursement from your insurance company for your visits. Upon request, a superbill can be provided for your individual visits. Because we do not accept insurance, we offer a New Patient Package to make it more cost effective to our patients.

 In most circumstances, your health insurance can be used for outside laboratory and other diagnostic testing which will be based on your initial consultation. We use a number of lab companies some of which bill insurance while others are private-pay only.  All recommended labs will be explained to you at your first initial visit.  We do not up-charge on any labs so you can get the best price. You can contact your insurance directly to see what will be paid for by your insurance. 

Our office accepts cash, checks, credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express), FSA, or HSA for services. When scheduling your initial consultation, a partial payment of the new patient consultation will be collected. Payment in full is due on the day of service provided. Follow-up consultations will be billed to your credit card on file in our office unless you have provided a different payment method and instructions prior to your appointment.
